Dathan spearheads Picante's entire design and creative department, ensuring every décor element, lighting scheme, and spatial layout meets our world-class standard of elegance. Simultaneously, he drives strategic revenue planning, guaranteeing that our ambitious vision for exquisite, high-end celebrations is supported by ethical, scalable, and globally competitive business practices.

Srishti Kathuria holds a unique and strategic dual role at Picante 1. Chief Marketing Officer (CMO): She is responsible for the external Brand and Market Visibility. This includes defining the brand narrative, leading marketing campaigns, understanding customer needs, and driving market growth. 2. Strategic HR Advisor: She is responsible for the internal Culture and Talent Strategy. This includes attracting and developing the best talent, fostering a high-performance and innovative work culture, and ensuring the positive Employee Experience (EX). Her dual role is key to the company's success by ensuring a powerful synergy: the promises made by the brand (Marketing) are consistently delivered by the talented and engaged teams (HR), resulting in authenticity and high-quality service for clients.

Jobin Dominic leads the strategic direction of Picante's revenue generation, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and client success.
